MMJ.com is a telemedicine clinic. Our physicians evaluate patients for state medical marijuana certification by secure video, on a schedule they set, in the states where they hold an active license. If you are an MD or DO who wants to add certification visits to your week without adding practice overhead, we would like to talk.
How the Roster Works
Telehealth visits, scheduled for you
Patients complete intake and book a 10 to 15 minute audio-visual visit. You review the history, conduct the evaluation, and sign the certification in the same session. No front desk, no billing, no marketing.
State paperwork handled
Each state has its own registry, form, and physician registration (Ohio's Certificate to Recommend, Pennsylvania's DOH practitioner registration, Georgia's SB 220 in-state practice requirement, and so on). Our credentialing team walks you through the state steps before your first visit.
Published, verifiable credentials
Every certifying physician on MMJ.com is listed on our medical team page with name, credential, federal NPI, and active state licenses. Patients see who will evaluate them before they book.
Clinical independence
You make the certification decision. If a patient does not qualify, they are refunded and you are not asked to reconsider. There are no certification quotas or targets.
What We Need From You
- An active, unrestricted MD or DO license in at least one state we serve
- A federal NPI number
- Willingness to complete that state’s recommending-physician registration where one is required
- A private space and reliable connection for audio-visual telehealth visits
- Availability for a recurring block of hours each week (you choose which)

We currently evaluate patients in 23 states. A license in any of them qualifies you to apply; physicians licensed in several states are especially welcome.
