West Virginia evaluations on MMJ.com are conducted by Dr. Johnathan Miller, MD, licensed by the West Virginia Board of Medicine and registered with the Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC). Under WV Code chapter 16A, only a physician registered with the OMC after completing the state's required course may certify patients.
