Connecticut uses a digital registration certificate system through BizNet. Upon approval, you receive your permanent registration certificate via email. This means:
- Print your certificate FREE from BizNet anytime
- No physical card mailed to you
- Digital access through your account
- Print and laminate for durability
How Do I Get a New Copy of My Certificate?
Steps to print your certificate:
- Log into biznet.ct.gov/dcp-mmrp
- Click "Print MMP Certificate" above your personal information
- Download and print your certificate
- Laminate for protection (recommended)
- Use at dispensaries with your government-issued ID
What If I Need to Report a Lost or Stolen Certificate?
If your certificate is lost, stolen, or damaged AND you need to officially report it:

- Download the Report Form
- Complete and sign the form

Processing time: 5 business days after receipt
Note: Once reported, your old certificate becomes void—do not use it even if found later.
Can I Just Reprint My Certificate Instead?
Yes! If you simply lost your printed copy and don't need to officially report it, just log into BizNet and print a new copy for free. This is the easiest option for most situations.
